What’s Included:

  • Comprehensive grant research and initial funding strategy​

  • Custom grant proposals tailored to grant funders

  • Monthly grant reports for finance and board meetings 

  • Submission of 3-5 medium to large grant applications monthly (flexible)

  • Monthly grant strategy meetings with your leadership team

  • Assistance in updating policies to ensure grant compliance

  • Organizational ownership of all written materials and proposals

  • Confidentiality assured (option for additional agreement)

  • All infrastructure (grant seeking and tracking software, editors, additional writers, best practices) is included as part of the pricing and never passed on to the client

Exclusions:

  • Large federal grant applications (unless agreed in writing)

Pricing & Committment:

  • Recommended minimum: 6-month retainer for effective results

  • One-year term locks in rate and offers the best traction (guarantee eligible)

  • Termination: 30 days' notice after initial commitment 

  • Monthly fee starts at $2,500; varies by organizational size and needs, invoiced at the end of every month and due within 20 days of receipt

  • Larger organizations, such as school districts, have higher rates of contact for consultation, and include federal grants

  • Includes grant reporting and grate evaluation during the contract

  • $1,500 deposit to secure your spot, start research, and initial narratives
